Deliveries are handled through FedEX, Asendia and TNT. The orders are processed, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm CET and shipped in 24 hours.



Customs policies and import duties vary widely from Country to Country. Sadly we can't control these charges, so, for deliveries outside the EU, TAX costs and DUTIES shall NOT be covered by CRASH BAGGAGE SRL. The net prices are shown in the shopping cart when the shipping country is selected. Relevant import taxes, duties and charges will be charged to the consignee directly to the customer by the courier and will not be refunded if the items are returned.



The shipping times and costs are specified below. Please note that all reasonable efforts will be used to deliver the ordered products within the estimated timescale. In some cases, local customs or technical transit times can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control and for which we are not responsible. For every shipment, someone is always required to sign off for delivery.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (applicable only in the case of Consumer Customers, pursuant to articles 64-67 of Legislative Decree 06.09.2005, n. 206)

The Supplier wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers. If for some reason they are not fully satisfied with the orders placed, they have the right to return one or more items by receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned products (excluding return costs).It is also possible to change the items purchased with other products of equal or greater value, paying the difference for items of higher price. In addition, the shipping costs for sending the new item will always be charged to the customer.

Before shipping back the returned product to Crash Baggage S.r.l., please send an email to to notify your return.

Return shipping fees and taxes will be covered by the customer. Be aware that, due to objective difficulties related to the customs , we DO NOT ACCEPT any type of returns from countries in zones 4 and 6.


Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the product without incurring any costs within 30 days of receipt of the goods and, therefore, request a full refund, provided that the goods are complete, unused, and undamaged.


In accordance with art. 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. Please, ensure to return the items with their original packaging and in perfect conditions. The only costs to be sustained by the Consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this clause are the direct costs of shipping back the goods to the Supplier (shipping and customs costs). If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the Consumer in accordance with the provisions of these clauses, the Supplier is required to reimburse the amounts paid by the Consumer. The shipping costs already incurred by the Supplier will be borne by the Consumer. The refund is made free of charge, within 30 days from the date on which the Supplier became aware of the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal. The sums are understood to be reimbursed within the terms if they are actually returned, sent or re-credited with a value date not later than the expiry of the term previously indicated.


The Customer must wait for Supplier's instructions for the return of the goods and must not send the returned goods by cash on delivery, as it would be automatically rejected to the sender. In any case, the right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following conditions:

- this right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the product purchased;

- this right does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized;

The goods, until the certificate of receipt in the Supplier's warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Consumer. In any case, the Supplier is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. The Consumer will promptly indicate the bank details to which the refund has to be credited (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account - CIN code of the invoice holder).
