Diritto di recesso
Applicable only to Consumer Customers, pursuant to Articles 64-67 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 09.06.2005)
The Supplier wishes to ensure the complete satisfaction of its Customers. If for any reason they are not fully satisfied with the orders placed, they have the right to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products (excluding return shipping costs). It is also possible to exchange purchased items for other products of equal or greater value, paying the difference for items of a higher price. Furthermore, the shipping costs for sending the new item will always be borne by the customer.

Return shipping costs and duties will be borne by the customer. Please note that, due to objective difficulties related to customs procedures, WE DO NOT ACCEPT any type of return from countries in zones 3-4-5.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
You have the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt of the goods and, therefore, request a full refund, provided that the goods are complete, unused, undamaged, and packed in their original packaging.
In compliance with Art. 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Please ensure that you return the items with their original packaging and in perfect condition. The only costs borne by the Consumer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal pursuant to this clause are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Supplier (shipping costs and customs duties). If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the Consumer in accordance with these clauses, the Supplier is required to refund the sums paid by the Consumer. Shipping costs already incurred by the Supplier will be borne by the Consumer. The refund is made free of charge, within 30 days from the date on which the Supplier became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer. The sums are considered refunded within the terms if they are effectively returned, dispatched, or re-credited with a value date not later than the expiration of the aforementioned term.
The Customer must wait for the Supplier's instructions for the return of the goods and must not send the returned goods cash-on-delivery, as it would be automatically rejected to the sender. In any case, the right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following conditions:
– this right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
– this right does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products;
The goods, until the certificate of receipt in the Supplier's warehouse, are under the full responsibility of the Consumer. In any case, the Supplier is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. It will be the responsibility of the Consumer to promptly indicate the bank details on which to credit the refund (ABI code – CAB – Current Account – CIN code of the invoice holder).
