Mauro is, without a doubt, one of Italy’s most famous innkeepers. In Venice, Italy, everybody knows him. Traveling to him means to seek new experiences, particularly in the form of food and wine: he loves to try the oddest dishes without prejudices and drink rare, unbeknownst wines.
