This November, Crash Baggage joins forces with iconic lifestyle brand The Standard to launch their very first exclusive suitcase collaboration: the Standard-red Icon Luggage. Bold, unapologetic, and designed to stand out from the carousel, the collaboration celebrates both brands’ shared love of breaking convention and reimagining travel as an act of pleasure seeking.
With its signature pre-dented shell, Crash Baggage has long championed the belief that luggage should be lived in, not kept pristine. The Standard, a brand synonymous with playful luxury and cultural irreverence, saw the perfect partner in Crash Baggage to create a suitcase that embodies freedom, individuality, and a refusal to conform. The result is a vibrant Standard-red edition of the Icon Luggage, a suitcase that turns dents and dings into badges of honour.

To further the creative collaboration, The Standard has commissioned iconic multi-hyphenate model, nightlife star, and artist Connie Fleming aka “Connie Girl” to design an exclusive sticker set for the collaboration. Connie has a longstanding relationship with The Standard, widely known as “the most famous door-person in New York City” at the iconic nightlife destinations Boom and Le Bain at The Standard, High Line. Drawing from The Standard’s eclectic archive of iconography, the stickers reimagine logos, graphics, and motifs into bold letters spelling out “Standard” — a playful way to customize the luggage and celebrate the hotel brand’s history of design and storytelling.
The launch is accompanied by a striking visual campaign captured across The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon and The Standard, High Line, two of the brand’s most iconic flagship properties.
Shot with an irreverent edge, the imagery showcases the suitcase in situ, celebrating the spirit of travel as a pursuit of discovery, connection, and fun — values that sit at the core of both Crash Baggage and The Standard.
